added lines and rectangle as drawable; added shader by fixed color; used template for VertexBuffer; added icon for app

If only define triangle, it can display.
Both box and triangle have same pixel shader constant buffer.
Suspect conflict of pixel shader constant buffer.

IndexBuffer and VertexBuffer: 指定的格式与缓冲区大小不匹配

DO NOT use template programming in VertexBuffer

Still have issue in breaking down code to Bindable/Drawable, while in Triangle it fails in link stage.
Only able to init3D and render single color in page.
